We used this to make pistachio buttercream for macarons we sell, it's an awesome product and lends itself incredibly well to cooking applications as importantly, it has a high content of pistachios instead of low-quality filler/lengthener. Other similarly marketed products have half or even 1/3rd the amount, meaning the deep nuttiness and supreme flavour are often missing leaving you underwhelmed with the final result.
The consistency is smooth and delicious, it can be mixed into just about anything, even made some awesome pistachio pannacotta's. Or, you can just enjoy it on its own because that's excellent too!
Highly recommend, and if you love pistachios it is a must try :)
